A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, the defendant deceiving the damaged company, and caused the damaged company to carry out a test work equivalent to KRW 31.6 million of the construction cost, and did not pay the price, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

"2014 Highest 2953" Defendant had no intention or ability to make a settlement in a normal manner even if he was supplied with the goods from the victim G, because he was a person operating the Doing Holdings from the 37th floor of Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Busan and the Defendant was undergoing individual rehabilitation procedures, and the said Doing employees’ benefits were not paid normally.
