The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes on February 24, 2016;

A. On February 24, 2016, the Defendant driving CM5 car volume without obtaining a driver’s license from the new market public parking lot located in the 602-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong (hereinafter “SM5 car volume” in the section of approximately 8 km from around 20:20 in the same day to the area of the 8km-ro, Myeon-ro

B. Around February 24, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol, such as the Defendant’s fluorous distance from E in front of the Amateur Police Station D District, and gluorous breath of snow, who was on board the said SM5 vehicle in order to take alcohol in the said SM5 vehicle after drinking at the above SM5 vehicle parking lot, on the same day, at around February 20:54, 2016.

Due to reasonable grounds, there was a demand to respond to the measurement of drinking by inserting approximately 30 minutes in a drinking measuring instrument.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not put the part of a drinking measuring instrument into a drinking measuring instrument, and avoided this, and did not comply with a police officer’s request for a drinking test without justifiable grounds.

2. The crime on March 10, 2016;

A. On March 10, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving the CM5 car without obtaining a driver’s license from the Defendant’s residence located in the F of Ansan-si, Andong-si, to the same city air route in approximately 835 meters from the Defendant’s departure from the same city, and from approximately 4km, to the Y5 car driving without obtaining a driver’s license.

B. On March 10, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (refluence of alcohol measurement) and was driven under the influence of alcohol, such as a string distance, a crossing snow, and a string of the face, while taking a drinking at the above SM5 vehicle level, in order to take the drinking at the above SM5 vehicle level at the above SM5 vehicle parking lot, the Defendant was driven under the influence of alcohol, such as a red string.

There are reasonable grounds for appointment of a person, and the whole of them shall be entered into a drinking measuring instrument for about 30 minutes.
