Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2008, a civil society organization with 1,500 Korean Film Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Mediation Council”) organized a “National Countermeasure Council against Import of U.S. Beef Risk Cow Disease Cow Disease (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures Council”) in order to systematically oppose import of U.S. Beef, by asserting that “the phase-out expansion agreement of U.S. beef import concluded with the Government of the Republic of Korea on April 18, 2008 is about to be a stroke negotiation, as well as to bring about harm to citizens’ health.”

Since May 2, 2008, the countermeasures conference led to the candlelightlight meeting for U.S. beef import, which was held in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul. On May 6, 2008, it held a candlelight meeting, an outdoor assembly after sunset. From May 24, 2008 to May 24, 2008, the countermeasures conference tried to enter the zone with Cheongdlelight, etc. after the candlelight meeting.

On May 27, 2008, from around 19:05 to 21:15, the countermeasures conference proceeded with a candlelight assembly through free speech, relief, singing performances, etc. in the presence of 1,500 participants, including members of the countermeasures conference.

After that, from May 27, 2008 to May 02:00 on May 28, 2008, the above 1,500 persons were paralleled with all surrounding lanes, such as Modju, Eul-ro, the Bank of Korea Roster, the Round, the Round, and the front of the Seoul City Office.

1. On May 27, 2008, Defendants A and C conducted a demonstration by occupying the road along with other demonstration units until they are arrested as flagrant offenders on the roads adjacent to the department department store in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and by pushing the police officers’ failure to stop the entry of demonstration units into the port of the demonstration unit.

The Defendants are participants of the demonstration as above.
