Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a doctor belonging to the D Hospital located in Daegu-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

On November 4, 2016, from around 13:15 to 14:45 of the same day, the Defendant performed an operation to remove “vertebrate vertebrate” No. 4 and 5 for the treatment of “vertebrate E” in the first operating room of D Hospital No. 1 to the victim E (the age of 73).
