Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2013 High 2662" is a person who is a foreigner of the nationality of Tachikistan and is engaged in the trade business exporting used cars to Tachikistan for purchasing used cars in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D from January 22, 2011 to September 4, 2012.

A person who takes over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) on July 23, 2012, the first patrol officer of August 2012, and (b) year of 2012, who registered ownership transfer by E.

8. Article 26(1)1 of the Decree on September 1, 2012 provides that a person whose ownership was registered by G on August 30, 2012, and K5 (I) whose ownership was registered by BableS Co., Ltd., Ltd., shall file an application for registration of transfer within 15 days from the date of purchase in the case of sale.

In the case of the above K5, since the purchase date was September 1, 2012, the purchase date is within 15 days from the purchase date, not later than September 16, 2012, the registration of the transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle was not applied until September 16, 2012, and the violation of the duty was established and completed around September 17, 2012.

The Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer with respect to the above K5 until the closure of the pleadings in the instant case, and thus, does not affect the establishment of the crime.

Although the right to collateral security was established and the normal export was not possible at around 20:00 on September 3, 2012, the Mayor/Do Governor did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor from September 14:10, 2012 to the container transport ship M (9,602t) operating the Incheon and China Cheongdo Port while loading container number L to the container number L, and keeping it in the container container wharf located at the port of Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon for the purpose of smuggling export.

The defendant of "2013 High 3285" is a foreigner of the nationality of Takkistan who engages in trade business to purchase a high-speed motor vehicle in Korea and export it to another place of business, and N is a used motor vehicle exporter.
