Defendants A’ status and criminal experience of the Defendants are those who work as personal rehabilitation officers in Q law offices located in Seocho-gu Seoul from around December 2, 2012 to December 2, 2013; from February 2014 to March 3 of the same year, the “Law Office S” located in Seocho-gu Seoul R; from April 2014 to April 2014 to April 2014, Defendant A worked as personal rehabilitation officers in the “Law Firm U” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government T.

B From June 2012 to May 2014, the said Q law office is a person who works as a personal rehabilitation secretary in the said law firm U from June 2014 to June 2014.

C On July 1, 2016, the Incheon District Court sentenced one year of suspended execution to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Law of Defense at the Incheon District Court on July 1, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 27, 2016. From around December 2012, the person who works as an attorney at the “W law office” located in the fifth floor of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan V Building from around December 2012

F is a person who had worked as an attorney at the “AC Joint Legal Office” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from May 2008 to June 2009, and from July 2009 to September 2015, F is a person who had worked as an attorney at the “AC Joint Legal Office” located in the said domicile from July 2009 to September 2015.

H was sentenced to a fine of KRW 10 million by the Incheon District Court on February 17, 2016 as a violation of the Act on the Law of Defense, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 19, 2016. From July 2010 to July 2010, H is a person who works as an attorney at “AG” on the second floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AF building as an “Law Office AG”.
