1. The Defendants’ position and criminal history record are those who work as the head of individual rehabilitation in the “AL comprehensive legal office” located on the third floor of the Seocho-gu Seoul AK building from March 2012 to July 2014, from July 2014 to October 10 of the same year, from the “law firm AM” located in the foregoing place (previous AL comprehensive legal office), from November 2014 to the “law firm AO branch” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government NN building from November 2014 to September 2015, and from October 2015 to the “law firm AM” as the head of individual rehabilitation in the “law firm AM.”

B From July 2013 to October 201 of the same year, B is a person who works as an individual rehabilitation manager in the “law firm AP” located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul from November 2013 to January 2014, “law firm AR” located in the above AP building from February 2013 to March 2014, “law firm AT” located in Seocho-gu, Seoul from February 2014 to March 201, and from February 2016 to February 2016, the said “law firm AM” serves as an individual rehabilitation manager.

C From November 2009 to March 2014, at the foregoing “AL General Law Office”, from March 2014 to April 2015, to the end of Seocho-gu, the “AV Attorney Office” located in the Seocho-gu Seoul AU, from May 2015 to December 29 of the same year, the “AX Legal Office” in the “AX Legal Office” in the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from May 2015, and on December 10, 2015, the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 18, 2015, on which the Incheon District Court sentenced two years of suspension to imprisonment for a violation of the Attorney-at-Law Act at the Incheon District Court for six months.

D From May 2009 to May 2010, “AZ of the law office” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AY 6, “AZ of the law office” located in the said law office from March 2012 to May 201 of the same year, “B of the law office” located in Seocho-gu Seoul from July 2012 to December 201 of the same year, “B of the law office” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government BA, and “BD of the law office” located in “Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 4th floor from May 2013 to June 20 of the same year.”
