A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Criminal history (1) was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual night residence larceny in the Gwangju District Court's Macheon Branch on March 3, 1977.

(2) On September 4, 1980, a person who was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with prison labor due to habitual special larceny, etc. was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at a flood control center.

③ On October 16, 1987, the Gwangju District Court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for two years and seven years of protection and custody for the crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Netcheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court.

(4) On November 18, 1994, the Gwangju District Court was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Netcheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court.

(5) On February 11, 200, the Gwangju District Court was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery and for three years and six months, and protect and custody for the crime of robbery in the Netcheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court.

(6) On August 25, 2006, the Gwangju District Court was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Netcheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court.

(7) On November 11, 2010, the Gwangju District Court was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Netcheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court.

④ On August 13, 2015, the Gwangju High Court sentenced him/her to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual special larceny on two years and six months, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the South prison on July 11, 2017.

2.
