A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months and by a fine of two thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

From October 22, 2018 to October 22, 2018, the Defendant is in active service as enlisted in B military service.

On June 8, 2020, it was discharged from military service.

1. At around 14:00 on July 2019, the Defendant used a toxic plant, the name of which cannot be known, taking advantage of his/her position as an appointment, to the victim C (Nam, 20 years old), who was in the process of growing Dokdo law, on the date of July 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised his power and her harsh act.

3. Violence;

A. On July 2019, at around 12:30, on the date of the lower order, the Defendant: (a) brought ears to the upper selling of the said victim C after the Hawn Hawn’s living group in Jeju-si.

B. On September 2019, the Defendant: (a) 20:00 on the date of the lower order of September 2019, 2019, at the 00 smoking place in the 20-Spool group B, left the Polas to the Mana of the said victim C.

C. On December 2019, the Defendant: (a) at a shelter located in B in 00 p.m. B at the end of 20 p.m. on the lower end of December 2019, with a string f.m. on the body of the said victim D’s hand; and (b) adjacent to the said victim.
