Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

An employer shall not allow a person who fails to obtain a license for motor device bicycle to drive a motor device or bicycle.

Nevertheless, from April 17, 2018 to April 19, 2018, the Defendant employed B without a motor device bicycle driver's license as an employee and let B engage in a motor device bicycle driving duty until April 19, 2018.
