A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2013No one shall distribute obscene images via an information and communications network].

1. 2. The Defendant, from June 201 to April 10, 2013, access from the said Defendant’s home to the Internet Cata (www.qdow.com) site, and “Woo 12 women’s berast house” runs a total of 47 obscene videos, including a video file with the head of sexual intercourse between men and women as indicated in attached Table 2, including a video file with the head of sexual intercourse between men and women as indicated in attached Table 2.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images through information and communications networks.

3. On April 10, 2013, the Defendant’s business site access to the Internet speculative disc (www.tutudisk.com) site at the above Defendant’s home, and then upcoming the video files with which the sexual intercourse between the male and female head of “brupt as food as third prices” was recorded.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images through information and communications networks.

4. Around December 27, 2011, the Defendant, at the home of the above Defendant, visited the Internet hard disc (www. Whiteisk.com) site, and then opened a video file, where the sexual intercourse between men and women in the title “scar and scarke,” was recorded.

Accordingly, the Defendant distributed obscene images through information and communications networks.

5. On August 2012, 201, the Defendant’s office of the said Defendant, at the early police officer’s home.
