1. Basic facts

A. On August 31, 2007, Korea Investment Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Investment Securities”) (hereinafter “Korea Investment Securities Co., Ltd.”) is a financial investment instrument on which investment returns (principal or interest) are determined in connection with changes in the price of specific stock certificates or the price index as a type of structural securities based on an underlying asset of an index, bond, stock, etc., and the main contents indicated in the prospectus are as follows.

- The name of the good: The name of the Korean Investment Securities Section 289 - the underlying asset: Samsung Electronic Common Shares, the common bank of the Korean National Bank, was changed to the KB financing common shares following the issuance of the instant stock-linked securities, after the issuance of the instant stock-linked securities.

- Gross amount of issuance: 19.9 billion won - The initial base price: on August 30, 2007, each closing price of underlying assets (572,00 won per three ordinary shareholders, ordinary share of national banks, 74,600 won): August 31, 2009 (as soon as two years, and every six months, giving an opportunity to repay) - The maturity evaluation date: (a) the closing price of underlying assets on August 26, 2009 - the closing price of underlying assets on August 26, 2009 - the closing price of two underlying assets on the first automatic lighting (as at least 90% of the initial base price: 7.15% of the investment rate: 2nd appraisal date) where the maturity of two underlying assets on the second automatic lighting date is at least 85% of the initial base price, and (b) the initial valuation price at least 15.3% of the investments at least 45% of the initial base price on the second anniversary date;
