A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 8 months and 2 years of suspension of execution for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. in the Youngcheon District Court’s Young-gu branch on August 26, 201, and was sentenced to a summary order of 3 million won for the same crime in the Cheongju District Court’s Incheon Branch on January 4, 201, and was in violation of the provisions on prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol five times.

On November 11, 2014, at around 11:15, the Defendant driven a B-hand car in the state of alcohol with approximately 30km alcohol concentration of 0.139% at the section of about 30km from the road front of Samsung Twit-gun, Taewon-gun, Taewon-gun, to the exclusive exclusive road for the motor vehicles of the same military forces.
