A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Young-gu Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, and on July 30, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for the same crime in the same court.

On February 25, 2014, at around 21:03, the Defendant driven a rocketing car under the influence of alcohol level of approximately 1km from the section 1km to the front road of the Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Young-gun to the front road of the same Eup.
