The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Defendant 1) misunderstanding of facts or misunderstanding of legal principles, although G and H did not know that they were children or juveniles, the lower court recognized that the Defendant assisted the sexual traffic of children or juveniles, thereby adversely affecting the conclusion of the judgment. 2) The lower court’s decision on the allegation of unfair sentencing (one year of imprisonment, etc.) is too unreasonable.

B. The sentence imposed by the prosecutor by the court below is too uneasible and unreasonable.

2. Determination:

A. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant, while operating a “F Report Address”, employed a child or juvenile G (name, 17 years of age), and H (name, 18 years of age). If a contact was made that a female guest member needs sexual intercourse from an entertainment drinking house during the entertainment entertainment period, he/she was sent the above G and H to the relevant entertainment tavern, and had male grandchildren act as a broker for sexual intercourse. On April 16, 2019, the Defendant was contacted with the said E’s employee on the necessity of sexual intercourse, and the Defendant was sent to the said G to the said entertainment tavern for engaging in sexual intercourse, and the said G was sent to the said G to the said entertainment tavern, and the Defendant was consistently informed of his/her personal information and sexual intercourse from November 1, 2018 to April 16, 2019, and the Defendant received the following personal information from the investigation agency to the said investigation agency and the Defendant had his/her full name and sexual intercourse with the said female employee, as stated in the judgment of the lower court.
