Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2016, at around 21:23, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim’s pictures to the Kakao District Stockholm District Stockholm Office in which the victim was aware that he/she had the victim’s sexual flag and body pictures from the victim D who was aware of the victim’s sexual organ and body pictures through the online game “Irg E” and had the victim’s sexual organ and body pictures; and (b) the victim was aware that he/she had the victim’s sexual organ and body pictures, he/she sent the victim’s pictures to the victim’s Kao District Office Stockholm Office in which the victim was well aware.

Accordingly, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim.
