Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 29, 2016, the Defendant, who committed an online game, is a person running the said game by using the clinic of “E” in the name of “E” (i.e., A: D) from the online game, using the clinic of “E”, and the victim F is a person running the said game by using the screen and the face of the victim, etc., in which the victim is playing the said game, using the clinic of “G”.
