Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2018, the Defendant registered as a preliminary candidate on April 18, 2018, the 7th simultaneous local elections C/Gun elections nationwide, which were implemented on June 13, 2018, and went out by registering as a candidate on May 24, 2018, but failed.

No person shall publish any false information about the place of birth, family relation, status, occupation, career, etc. of a candidate, his/her spouse or lineal ascendant or descendant, an organization to which he/she belongs, support from a specific person or specific organization, etc., in favor of a candidate (including a person who intends to be a candidate) by means of a speech, broadcast, newspaper, communication, magazine, poster, propaganda document, propaganda document, etc. for the purpose of getting elected or having another person elected, and where he/she publishes an educational background, he/she shall not publish any false information about his/her family relation, status, occupation, career, etc., and where he/she intends to be a candidate, he/she shall enter it in the name of the school (where he/she is retired, the period of his/her education shall also be entered) as at the time

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 11:00 on April 24, 2018, conducted a 7 simultaneous local election C/Simping conference with “C/Gun office” located in Chungcheongbuk-do D, and sent the e-mail files to three employees working for the Defendant’s “I” and reported the Defendant’s e-mail to L/M on the following day.

However, in fact, the Defendant only retired from the administrative department of the junior college E (the registered period from March 14, 1966 to August 31, 196) and the study course is conducted for a two-year period at the education major of the F University Education Graduate School, which is not a regular degree course at a graduate school.
