1. The defendant, among the land in Busan-gun C, shall follow the annexed drawings No. 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 9 in sequence among the land in Busan-gun C.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 2, 2009, Nonparty D concluded a first sales contract with the Plaintiff on September 2, 2009, that the Plaintiff would sell to KRW 79,000,000 of the Plaintiff’s land E, F, and G (hereinafter only parcel numbers for the convenience of description) for KRW 1/2 of the KRW 79,00.

At the time, D was not the owner of the above F and G land, but later D purchased and sold the shares.
