1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. (4) As to the land on March 14, 1996, the Defendant: (a) registered the preservation of ownership in Suwon District Court (Seoul District Court No. 10817); (b) registered the preservation of ownership in Suwon District Court’s application No. 26268 with respect to the land on June 14, 1996; and (c) registered the preservation of ownership in accordance with the receipt of Suwon District Court’s application No. 26268 with respect to the land on April 23, 1996; and (d) registered each preservation of ownership in this case with respect to the land on April 23, 1996 as the receipt of the Suwon District Court’s branch support, etc.
