Punishment of the crime

On October 25, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Daegu District Court and racing support on October 25, 201; on October 15, 2012, a summary order of KRW 7 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act was issued; on February 4, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 year for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Daegu District Court and racing support; on February 4, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for one year; and on February 12, 2015, the suspended sentence became final and conclusive.

On March 13, 2015, at around 21:40, the Defendant driven C Poter Cargo Vehicles while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.178%, without obtaining a driver's license, at a section of about 50 meters in front of the extreme restaurant located in the Yellow-si, Daejeon-si, and without obtaining a driver's license in front of the same yellow-dong office.
