1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On September 5, 2016, around 06:50 on September 5, 2016, at around 07:00 on the same day from the front corner of the Defendant’s house located in the c and 511 on the same day to the construction site on the side of the international agricultural machinery located in the YG-dong of the racing-si, the Defendant licensed D’s car without a driver’s license at approximately 4.65km.

B. On September 5, 2016, at around 18:45, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver’s license, from around 19:00 on the street on the construction site adjacent to an international agricultural machine located in the Gacheon-dong, Dongcheon-si, Dongcheon-si, and around 19:00 on the same day.

2. On September 5, 2016, at around 22:40 on September 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.116% without a vehicle driver’s license from a section of approximately 300 meters, from the street in front of the Eastcheon-dong, Eastcheon-si, Incheon-si to the front of the new middle school located in the Yellow-si, East-si; and (b) was under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.16% without a vehicle driver’s license.
