The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2016, the Defendant, while driving a C vehicle in the vicinity of the west-gu Scare-ro, Hongsung-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant violated the signal by making the left turn turn turn turn turn to the red light of the front and the left turn turn turn at the non-protective section.

There seems to be no ground for determination (as there was a direct mark on the surface of the road in the direction of the defendant's proceeding, it could be recognized that it is a long distance if it was deep enough to do so), and ③ there is a case where the left turn is allowed on the red light as alleged by the defendant.

However, according to the evidence submitted by the Defendant, it seems that there is an exceptional indication to the effect that “it is possible to make a left-hand turn at the time of a timely signal,” and ④ there is a justifiable reason for the Defendant’s mistake in interpreting the signal at will as the Defendant may lead to a big risk

in light of the fact that it is not possible to do.
