Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 25, 2013, at around 17:20 on November 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent to the site a report of 112 that she was wraped from the “D”; and (b) sent to the site and asked the circumstances of the case; and (c) made a public insult of the victim E at a place where the said multiple owners and customers are located.
