A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts
The Defendant “2016 Highest 1” means a person who was retired from office in the E-power plant located in Syang-si, and was employed as a special security guard at the said power plant from November 2, 2013 to June 30, 2014 by the victim G (the victim of 46 years of age).
1. On January 28, 2014, the Defendant committed an indecent act by compulsion on the part of the Defendant by force by means of forcing the victim to turn on a set of a setter with the victim’s rear a coffee and knife at the above power plant guard room at around 11:30 on January 28, 2014.
2. On January 31, 2014, the Defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force in a manner that, around 14:30 on January 31, 2014, the Defendant forced the victim to move down at the guard room of the said power plant, with his or her sexual organ flicker and hand, once a day off by the victim.
3. On February 3, 2014, the Defendant, at around 15:30 on February 3, 2014, committed an indecent act by compulsion against the victim by forcing him/her to use his/her sexual organ at a canter once by using the victim’s rear side and hand, who was waiting to sit in at the guard room of the foregoing power plant.

4. The Defendant’s assault,
가. 2013. 12. 초순경 위 발전소 정문초소 내에서, 함께 근무 중이던 피해자에게 “업무 똑바로 하고 있나 입력 똑바로 하고 있나 ”라고 말하며 들고 있던 라디오 안테나(길이 약 1.5m)로 피해자의 등 부위를 2, 3회 가량 쿡쿡 찔러 피해자를 폭행하고,
나. 2013. 12. 중순경 위 발전소 정문초소 내에서, 함께 근무 중이던 피해자에게 “근무 똑바로 서고 있나 ”라고 말하며 들고 있던 나무막대기로 피해자의 등 부위를 2, 3회 가량 쿡쿡 찔러 피해자를 폭행하고,
C. On February 2, 2014, patrolmen assaulted the victim with the violation of lines on the victim’s face while on duty by putting in line the said power plant, within the front house of the said police station, and
