A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 27, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of 1.5 million won or more for a violation of the Road Traffic Act as a result of the violation of the Road Traffic Act in order to support the High Court of Jung-gu on August 27, 2008, and received a summary order of 1 million won or more for the same crime from the same support on October 28, 2008.

On August 6, 2013, at around 23:15, the Defendant driven a B-hurburt vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.185% in the vicinity of the front intersection located in the Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
