A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around October 20, 2015, the Defendant discovered the victim E, who was divingd with the door door from the “D” store located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and then cut off one 100,000 won at the market price consisting of the victim’s identification card and cash 8,000 won.

2. A special larceny Defendant, along with F on October 24, 2015, came to a scientific axis operation center established on the first floor of Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, and the first floor of Dobong-gu, Dobong-gu, and F reported to the network in the neighboring wife, and the Defendant entered the operating headquarters, and she turned out one bank cream card, which is the victim’s possession, at the victim G located in that location, one empty part of the market price of KRW 200,000,000, which includes the victim’s check card, identification card, and security card.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with F.

3. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;

A. On October 24, 2015, at around 18:06, the Defendant purchased Tang Kimb, etc. at the I convenience store located in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, and, as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 2, the Defendant, as if the Defendant was duly entitled to use the Twitch card (credit number: J) as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 2, presented to the victim, who is an employee of the above convenience store, and settled KRW 12,400 with the above Twitch card, i.e., issued Twitk Kimb, etc.

B. On October 24, 2015, around 18:14, 2015, the Defendant purchased DNA tobacco 1 Africa at L convenience stores located in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul. The Defendant, as stated in the foregoing paragraph 2, presented the cream card that was stolen by the Defendant as stated in the above paragraph 2 to the victim who was an employee of the above convenience store, and settled the 45,000 won with the above cream card, i.e., issued dice Africa 1.

On October 24, 2015, the Defendant purchased a portrait at the N convenience store located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M, and the Defendant stated the above two paragraphs.
