1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint crime are 11 rooms from D building E in Chang-si, Changwon-si, who employs 6 employees and operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of “F”. Defendant B is an employee of the said sexual traffic business establishment.
Defendant
A received cash rates (one hundred and seventy thousand won, and one hundred and seventy thousand won at the time of settlement of card) from customers who found out their places from the above F from around July 22, 2019 to April 17, 2020, and assisted G and H to engage in sexual intercourse with customers, thereby arranging sexual traffic.
2. From August 16, 2018 to May 13, 2019, Defendant C (hereinafter “F”) operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name “F” in the said D Building E in the Chang-si, Yongsan-si, Changwon-si, and was controlled on May 13, 2019. The Defendant was notified on May 10, 201 that: (a) a person who acquired ownership under the subparagraph of D subparagraph of the said D Building E in the Chang-si, Chang-si; and (b) around March 10, 2016, a person who acquired ownership under the said subparagraph of the said D Building E in the Chang-si, Yongsan-si; and (c) around May 13, 2019, the said person was subject to notification
Nevertheless, around July 10, 2019, the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with A to operate a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name of "F" in the buildings D in Mapo-gu, Changwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and leased the said building to A with the knowledge that A would operate a sexual traffic business establishment.
Accordingly, the defendant provided the above building with the knowledge of the fact that he provided sexual traffic.
Defendant A, 2020, 1422, had 11 rooms under subparagraph (e) of the Masan-si D Building in Changwon-si and operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of “F” and Defendant B is an employee of the said sexual traffic business establishment.

A From September 30, 2020 to October 28, 2020, from around October 19:45, 2020 to around October 28, 202, A received commercial sex acts charges (cash 1.50,000 won in cash) from customers who found there there from the above F along with Defendant B (Defendant B, starting from October 10, 200) and employed by Defendant A.
