A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a ENA Scoo-si car in the condition of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.088% from the 500-meter section around the roads adjacent to the Jin apartment, which is located in Gangwon-si, Gangwon-si, to the front roads located in Gangnam-si C, while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.08% of alcohol concentration in blood.

2. The Defendant is a person who drives a cushion vehicle in the ENA city.

On February 28, 2017, at around 00:0, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol, as described in the foregoing 1. paragraph, and driven it from the direction of the port to the direction of the port, along the two-lanes of the D preceding three-lane roads in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si.

At all times, there was a remote distance where signal lights are installed, so there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving cars safely in accordance with the new subparagraph, such as reducing speed for persons engaged in driving cars and helping them live well.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, went through as is while neglecting the front-time zone, was driven by the victim F (47 Do) who was parked in accordance with the red signal at the same lane, and continued to be driven by the victim F (47 Do) for the front-hand part of the said N. SM 3 car, and continued to be driven by the victim H (W, 38 years old) who was parked in the front-round zone of the said N. M. car.

Defendant 1 caused the injury to the victim F by its occupational negligence in light of the following: (a) the injury of light dynasium, etc. that requires approximately two weeks of treatment; (b) the injury of light dynasium dynasium in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim J (Y, E, 41 years of age); (c) the injury of light dynasium in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim H; and (d) the injury of light dynasium in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim K (N, E, 41 years of age) who was on board the said SM3 car.
