Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendants A, B, C, E, F, and H’s gambling Defendants and G together with the Defendants, from October 28, 2017 to October 21:00 of the following day, Defendant A, B, C, E, F, and H gambling through several times as described in paragraph (1) at the above N Office from October 28, 2017 to 01:00 of the following day.
6. Defendants I, J, K, and L in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint intimidation) are gamblinged by the victim F (the age of 46).
