A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a NFLI or other car.

On July 18, 2015, at around 23:15, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.180% with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.18%, and led the west-distance in the New East-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, to straight off from the industrial tower to the same west-distance outflow. On the front side, the Defendant was installed with signal lights and waiting for the signal.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents by accurately manipulating the steering direction and brake system with sufficient distance from the vehicle ahead of it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the back portion of the DK5 taxi driven by the victim C (V, 57 years old) who was under the influence of alcohol due to negligence while under the influence of alcohol, and due to its shock, the Defendant dK-5 taxi driven by the victim E (38 years old) who was under the influence of the said taxi and was under the influence of the said taxi, suffered from the victim’s treatment for the said taxi during the two-day treatment period of the said taxi, such as the Fambur car driven by the victim E (39 years old) and driving by the victim G (34 years old), the victim K (n, 38 years old), the victim’s tension and 2 weeks treatment for the two-day treatment period of the victim, the victim’s tension and 2 weeks treatment for the two-day treatment period of the victim, the victim’s tension in the two-day treatment period of the said taxi, and the victim’s tension in the two-day treatment period of the victim’s tension and the two-day treatment period of the victim’s tension.
