Defendant

A serving as the deputy head of H military producing company (hereinafter “military producing company”) from January 25, 201 to January 20, 2013, and serving as the deputy head of the regional development team, and is currently working as the head of the water resources management department at H subordinate branch, and Defendant B was working as the head of the military resources management department at the present time. In addition, on June 2012, the Defendant: (a) stopped on a road near 90-2 Doksan-si, Doksan Island; (b) opened cash of KRW 58 million in return for the said construction project owner; and (c) delivered KRW 38 million to B who worked as the president of the military place of origin at that time on the following grounds.

Accordingly, the defendant received a bribe of 58 million won in collusion with B in connection with the duties of H officers and employees deemed as public officials, and 38 million won in the amount.

From March 23 to April 2012, the Defendant ordered a construction project for “L drainage improvement project” that is scheduled to place an order from a Gun-based company in the Gun-based branch office located in the Gun-si, Y to a private contract with the K-based branch office, Defendant B accepted the report that the K-based branch office will pay approximately 10% of the price of supply in the K-based branch of the K-based branch as an honorarium. Around May 23, 2012, the Gun-based branch office shall pay the said construction project to the K-based branch office in KRW 436,00,000.
