Punishment of the crime

around 03:52 on August 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) laid off the freight loading of D truck parkeded by the victim C in the B apartment parking lot in Gunsan-si, Gunsan-si on August 14, 2018; (b) cut off approximately KRW 50,000,000 of the market value of the victim’s possession, carrying approximately 350,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

1. At night, around 00:30 on May 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) went into and intruded into the “G” in the operation of the Victim F in Gunsan-si, Sinsan-si; (b) and (c) stolen a pipe of approximately 32,500 won at the market price of the victim’s possession; and (d) stolen a total of KRW 737,500 by the same method five times from that time until June 1, 2018, as indicated in Table 1 of the Crimes List.

Accordingly, the Defendant invaded upon a human structure at night and stolen another's property.

In combination with H (Is and juvenile protection cases sent), the Defendant: (a) carried a building that is managed by another person, such as a solid wound, etc.; (b) carried a stolen object onto and out of the building; (c) laid away outside the building; and (d) collected any object carried by a person entering the same inside the building; and (d) collected the object, which is sold, and distributed the proceeds thereof.

On May 30, 2018, at around 01:30 on May 30, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the “G” to operate the Victim F as indicated in the preceding paragraph; (b) and (c) went out of approximately KRW 25 km of the market value of the victim’s possession; (d) the Defendant, as described in the attached Table 2, destroyed the pipes outside of H with H, and then stolen the said pipes, together with H, on a total of two occasions from around 01:0 on June 5, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant is jointly with H and another's property.
