A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2017 Highest 1024] On March 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed a Mat in Et, the victim D in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, with a gap in the victim’s surveillance neglected; and (b) cut off by inserting one head of Schina amounting to KRW 4,500, the market price of which is managed by the injured party in the display stand.

1. Around April 9, 2017, the Defendant: (a) thieved the victim G, operated by the victim G in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si F, about 13:00 on April 9, 2017, the Defendant: (b) randd the employees into a bank with 7,000 won of the market price managed by the damaged party who was in the display stand by using a fluor in the fluor; (c) fluored fluor; and (d) fluored fluor.
2. On April 15, 2017, around April 15, 2017, the Defendant, from around 15:30 around April 15, 2017 to “H” as stated in paragraph (1) of the same Act, was stolen by inserting 6,00 won of the market price managed by the victim G in the same manner.

1. On April 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) acquired one copy of the Ha Bank Cock Card, which was owned by the victim I, within the three complex of the Yak-ro 70 Yak-ro, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; (b) around 08:30, 2017.
Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.
Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.
2. On April 26, 2017, at around 08:41, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, the Defendant purchased one-year-year-year-year-year-year-year-year-year-year-old L/C, a victim-owned L/C, and presented the Han Bank C/C card to the said employee as if he/she was a legitimate holder, and presented it to the said employee as if he/she was a legitimate holder, he/she would have the said employee pay the price, receive the said property from the said employee, obtain the said property from the said employee, and obtain the lost C/C card.
