1. The Defendant’s each relevant money recorded in the “amount for petition” column in attached Form 1 to the Plaintiffs and its related money from January 1, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. In relation to the parties, Plaintiff A was a former employee of L University, Plaintiff B, Plaintiff C’s N University, Plaintiff D’s P University, Plaintiff F’s P University, Q2, Plaintiff G, H, I, J, and K, respectively (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant schools”), and the Defendant establishes and operates each of the instant schools, which are national universities.

B. The establishment of each university in the Republic of Korea, which operated the establishment of the establishment of the establishment of the establishment association, was the nature of the voluntary supporters’ association to support the insufficient educational facilities and operating expenses in around 1963. By supporting the urgent educational facilities and school operations that do not reach the Defendant’s expense, each of the establishment of the establishment of the establishment association in order to contribute to the creation of an educational environment and the improvement of educational environment.

C. Article 4 of the Addenda to the National University Accounting Act (amended by Act on the Establishment and Financial Management of National University Accounts, which was enacted and enforced on March 13, 2015 (hereinafter “National University Accounting Act”) provides that the National University shall establish and operate university accounts, and Article 4 of the Addenda to the National University Accounting Act (amended by Act on the Establishment and Financial Management of National University Accounts) (1) of the Addenda to the National University Accounting Act (amended by Act on the Establishment and Operation of University Accounts, Etc.) provides that the employees of the previous National University Society (referring to the establishment of the National University in order to contribute to the creation of an atmosphere of Myeonology and the improvement of educational conditions by providing for urgent educational facilities and university operation, etc. that do not meet the burden of its founder; hereinafter the same shall apply) at

(2) A person employed as a university accounting employee pursuant to paragraph (1) shall retire from his/her office at the former sexual council.

(3) The head of a national university shall disadvantage the university accounting staff employed pursuant to paragraph (1) in terms of working conditions, such as remuneration, service, etc. (excluding matters concerning benefits, subsidies, and expenses that were paid from the previous accounts of the association).
