1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiffs are full-time teachers working at the university of M&A. 2) The Plaintiffs are national universities established and managed by the Defendant.

B. The nature of the voluntary supporters’ association was created to support the insufficient educational facilities and operating expenses of each domestic university in around 1963. However, in order to contribute to the creation of an educational environment and the improvement of educational environment by supporting the urgent educational facilities, school operations, etc. which fall short of the founder (defendant) at MU, thereby contributing to the establishment of an educational environment and the improvement of educational environment (hereinafter “instant association”).

(2) The Rules of the Organizational Association established.
