1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 2014, the Defendant: (a) stolen a copy of a bank (D) passbook in the name of the victim located in the rear seat in the C-Aurburged vehicle owned by the victim B, which was parked in the lower part of the C-Aurburged vehicle in Dobong-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul.

2. On August 27, 2014, the Defendant forged private document: “3,00,000”; “3,000,000”; “3,000,000”; “3,00,000”; “ August 27, 2014 at the contract date column”; “34.9; “34.9”; “the overdue interest rate”; “the receipt”; “the main contract content column; “the receipt”; “theness”; “the customer’s signature”; “the resident registration number column; “the customer’s name”; “B”; “the customer’s name”; and “BB” in the customer registration number column for application of contract terms and conditions; and “B”.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising rights, the Defendant forged one copy of the loan transaction agreement in the name of B, a private document on the duty of rights.

3. The Defendant exercised the above investigation document by sending the forged loan transaction contract to the R&F staff in his name and by facsimile at the same time and at the same place as the above.

4. The Defendant, by forging and using the loan contract at the time, place, as described in paragraph (2), obtained a loan amount of KRW 3 million from R&C Capital, who is unaware of the fact, from the Plaintiff’s bank (D) in the name of the victim who stolen from the above 1.
