A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car at the end of the bill set forth in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents;

On April 4, 2020, at around 17:30, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol with 0.112% of alcohol concentration 0.12%, and proceeded with the new harbor intersection which is located under the speed of Bapopo-si, using two lanes from the Bapo-si to C.

Since there is an intersection where signal lights are installed, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to live well on the front side and prevent accidents by driving the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, failed to perform the duty of the front-time watch while driving, was faced with the front-time part of the car in the front-round air route operated by the victim D (Nam, 35 years old) who was parked in the front-round air for signal in the front-round area due to negligence in the course of duty.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by such occupational negligence, injury to the above victim D, such as salt, tensions, etc., in light of the climatic tensions that require approximately two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim F (the 35-year old age), such as the left 5 metregions that require medical treatment for about six weeks, injury to the victim G (the 5-year old age), and other bodily parts that require medical treatment for about one week, and injury to the victim H (the 34-year old age), such as climatic salt and tensions that require medical treatment for about two weeks.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) driving of the vehicle B at the end of 0.112% alcohol concentration from the public parking lot in the North Korean Port, which is located in the Baposi-si in a temporary border such as the above paragraph (1) to the said new harbor intersection.
