The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On July 1, 2014, the Plaintiff, as the main lake and marsh, applied the radioactive source of which is not the right to the right, to the emergency room of the hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant hospital”).
