A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, who searched “narcotics” on the Internet website B, contacted with the sellers of narcotics in the name of the Defendant and smartphone Megs, a telegram, to buy and administer the drugs.

1. On July 14:45, 2019, the Defendant agreed to purchase narcotics in contact with a seller of narcotics on his/her name through telegram, and around that time, deposited KRW 800,000 into a bank account under the name of D Bank E (Account Number F) used by the said seller at the location of Kimpo-si Kimpo-si in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, and then brought about about approximately 1g of phiphonephonephonephones contained in a plastic bag attached to the stairs sealing of a house designated by the said seller on the same day at around 15:30 on the same day.
