A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 26, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act (hereinafter “Motor Vehicle”) driving a vehicle with a gallon-ro that was not covered by the mandatory insurance on the part of approximately 3.5km in the section of 3.5km from the front of the “net Dine cafeteria,” which was located in the Gangwon-si-si, Gangwon-do, to the front of the her mother-si, where the trade name in the gallon-dong cannot be known at the original city.

2. Around 23:00 on November 26, 2012, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (i.e., after-accident) (i., “W hotel” behind “W hotel” located in the original phase of nuclear cities, and (ii) operated a car with B gallon in the direction of “ballon restaurant” in the direction of “ballon restaurant.”

In such cases, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by operating the steering and brakes properly for those engaged in driving service.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this, while driving under the influence of alcohol as described in Paragraph 1, and did not set the steering gear at the front of the said vehicle due to negligence without operating the steering gear properly, and received the rear part of the D-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn

Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, destroyed the car of this case with approximately KRW 2,661,132 in total repair cost, and escaped without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures.
