1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 241,455,55 won and the above 241,455,39 won and the above 241,455,39 won from April 10, 2015 to April 2015.

Description of Claim

Articles 208(3)3 and 194 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Act on the Claim for Payment of Claims for the Amount of KRW 241,45,555 won (= KRW 172,852,086 for the second loan of KRW 69,080,286), which the Plaintiff subrogated to the Bank of Korea on April 10, 2015, pursuant to a credit guarantee agreement concluded with Defendant A under the joint and several sureties of Defendant B under the joint and several sureties of Defendant B, the Plaintiff paid for the Bank of Korea on April 10, 2015, (i) Articles 208(3)3 and 194 (Decision by Service by Public Notice)
