1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 1,846,154,147 won and the above 1,827,44,400 won.

Claim for the payment of the amount of KRW 1,846,154,147 for the loans of the defendant company subrogated to the new bank on May 4, 2010 under the export credit guarantee agreement concluded with the defendant company under the joint and several surety of the defendant A on March 9, 2009 (i.e., the principal amount of KRW 18,70,70,147 - the recovered amount of KRW 60,400) by June 7, 2010
