1. The Defendant Republic of Korea confirms that the entire 129m2 in Gangnam-si is owned by Defendant D.

Reasons
1. In the absence of counter-proof such as the change of the contents of the circumstances by the adjudication, the person registered as the owner in the Land Survey Division or the Forest Survey Division concerning the claim against the defendant Republic of Korea shall be presumed to be the owner of the land, and the circumstance shall be presumed to have become final and conclusive, and the person who received the land assessment shall acquire the land in a timely manner. The facts that the land of this case is unregistered do not conflict between the parties, and according to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the land investigation register of this case entered defendant D as the title holder or owner of the land of this case, and there is no indication as to the transfer of rights. Thus, unless there is no other evidence to reverse this, such as the change of the contents of the situation by the adjudication, it is reasonable to view the land owner of this case as defendant D.
However, in full view of the evidence acknowledged earlier and the fact-finding results of this court's fact-finding on the Gangnam market, the land research division is only indicated as "D" and the land research division does not contain personal information, such as resident registration numbers and specific addresses, and this court made fact-finding inquiries on the Gangseo market, but it can be recognized that Defendant D's personal information, its location, and its life or death are not confirmed. Thus, the land of this case constitutes land research division alone where its registrant cannot be identified.
As long as Defendant D, who is a registered titleholder, is unknown, the Plaintiffs seeking the registration of ownership transfer due to the completion of prescription for occupancy, who are the Plaintiffs, shall complete the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Plaintiffs, after filing a subrogation application against Defendant D for the registration of ownership transfer by the judgment seeking confirmation of ownership of the instant land
