Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who operates a swine breeding facility which is a livestock excreta discharging facility shall file a report with the competent authority, if the area of the swine breeding facility is more than 50m2 and less than 1,00m2.

Nevertheless, from November 30, 2013 to May 12, 2014, the Defendant installed a livestock excreta storage plant and raised approximately 300 pigs at the “D farm” located in Mangdong-gu, U.S. C without reporting to the competent authority.
