Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around January 15, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (D) driven an E rocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 35 km from the front of the “D” parking lot, a company located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the front day of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, as Suwon-si, while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.195%.
2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving motor vehicles E rocketing;
On January 15, 2015, at around 00:27, the Defendant driven the foregoing vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, as described in paragraph (1), and driven the five-lane road in front of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, in the direction of the water basin, at a speed of about 40km per hour, depending on three-lanes in the direction of the water basin.
