In regard to the crimes of Articles 1 through 4 of the judgment of the defendant, imprisonment with prison labor for not less than four months and for the crimes of Articles 5 through 7 of the judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On August 2, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (mariju) in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on August 2, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 19, 2013.
【Criminal Facts” Even though the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he dealt with psychotropic drugs-related Metepha (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) as follows:
1. On July 20, 2012, at around 23:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 17,500 bits (at least 5.60,000 bits) to one female female of Thailand in the guest room in Thailand C hotel cock, and purchased approximately 5 gramphones from the above D.
2. The Defendant, at the same time and place as above 1, put about 0.1g of phiphonephones purchased as above 1, into two for a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and administered them with the method of injecting them into their own arms together with E.
3. At around 01:00 on July 21, 2012, the Defendant, within the hotel room of the above C hotel, divided approximately 0.4gg of oponphones purchased as above paragraph 1 into four for a single-time injection machine every 0.1g, and administered them in the same manner as above 2.
4. Around 09:00 on July 23, 2012, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.1g of phiphonephones purchased as set out in the above paragraph (1) into two for a single use; (b) injected them with water; and (c) injected them into their own arms together with E.
5. On August 23, 2014, at around 04:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.05 g of philopon, which is contained in vinyl cock, from 6,000 feet (at least 1.90,000 won in Korean Won), from cocks located in Thailand, to 6,000 gramlopon (at least 1.90,000 gramlopon) at the same time, at the same place, with the Defendant and D, his male-friendly Guide, and D’s female-friendly Guide (G).
