A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with B A-Wurd-

On October 10, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.116% 0.10%, while under the influence of alcohol around 22:35 on October 10, 2019, and led the D cafeteria in Daegu Seo-gu C to the F cafeteria from the direction of the E Convenience.

At the time, commercial buildings are concentrated in and around the night, and in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by checking whether there is a pedestrian or not in the driver of the vehicle.
