Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a marina business in the name of "C" from the Incheon Gyeyang-gu B and the second floor.

No one shall operate a business establishment falling under the business determined by the Juvenile Protection Committee and publicly notified by the head of a female family in an educational environment protection zone, which provides services where physical contacts between unspecified persons, exposure to a sealed part, etc., or other similar acts are likely to occur in an educational environment protection zone in order to protect the health, sanitation, safety, learning, and educational environment of students.

Nevertheless, from November 1, 2017 to March 20, 2018, the Defendant installed a bed space in the above-mentioned place business located in an educational environment protection zone located within approximately 172 meters away from the boundary line of D elementary school located in Incheon Gyeyang-gu, and where the visit is closed after installing a bed in the room, it cannot be seen inside the room from the outside, and operated a bed business where the physical contact is likely to occur, sexual behavior or similarity is likely to occur with female employees by magra, etc.
