Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a marina business with the trade name of "B".

No person shall conduct business providing services in an educational environment protection zone, such as physical contact between unspecified persons, exposure to a sealed part, etc., or which are likely to cause any act similar thereto, in order to protect the health, safety, learning, and educational environment of students.

Nevertheless, from January 1, 2017 to August 22:35, 2017, the Defendant was equipped with the facilities such as the Daegu Dong-gu C, and the third floor located in the educational environment protection zone, and operated a marina business that is likely to cause physical contacts and exposure to the sealed part, or to cause similar acts to unspecified customers.
